To get started, download the RelWOOD® Vriddhi App from the Play Store or
App Store.
New users can register by creating an account, while existing users can
log in with their credentials. Next, add your personal and professional
details, ensuring you complete the E-KYC process for account activation.
Finally, enter your PAN and Aadhaar details and verify via OTP — this
step is optional for initial enrollment.
Earn points effortlessly by scanning RelWOOD® sheets or uploading their
codes through the app.
Simply use the Scan & Earn or Upload Code feature to submit your unique
code. You can also boost your rewards by using the Refer & Earn option —
invite friends to join, and you’ll receive points when they participate.
Track all your collected points and rewards in the My Earnings section,
ensuring you never miss an update on your progress.
You can redeem your earned points for exciting rewards in just a few
simple steps.
Start by tapping the "Redeem Now" option in the app, then browse and
select your desired product from the available rewards catalog. Next,
add it to your cart and proceed to checkout. Enter or confirm your
shipping address and click "Proceed" to finalize the order. Once done,
you’ll receive a confirmation that your product has been successfully
redeemed.
If you have a query, the app makes it easy to get help. Start by going
to the Help Line section from the bottom menu.
Tap Raise a Query to contact support, then view existing queries or
start a New Query. Fill in the required details, attach any relevant
images, and click Submit Query. Once submitted, you’ll receive an
instant confirmation that your query has been successfully lodged.

RelWOOD® Vriddhi Loyalty Program is a rewards program offered by Reliance
Industries Limited. Customers can earn points on purchases of RelWOOD®
products and redeem these points for attractive rewards.
Only customers who are 18 years old or above and residents of India, purchasing
Relwood® either directly or from authorized Relwood® distributors/dealers, are
eligible.
No enrolment fee is required to be a part of the Relwood® Vriddhi Loyalty
Program.
Apart from personal details, PAN card and Aadhaar card or other secondary proof like
driving licence, ration card, passport, or electricity bills.
Customers can log in using registered mobile numbers. An OTP will be sent for
verification. Upon entering the valid OTP, the customer will be redirected to the
dashboard.
By enrolling in the program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed
to be bound by the Relwood® Vriddhi Loyalty Program terms and conditions, and by any
changes or modifications we may make to the program terms and conditions as we deem
appropriate.
The personal information collected in connection with the program is subject to our
privacy policy as stated under the terms and conditions.

Open the Relwood® Vriddhi app and click on the redemption catalogue. Choose from gifts,
vouchers, or bank transfer in the redemption catalogue. Gifts will be delivered to your
registered address within 30 days.
Yes. As per the TDS 194R rule, if you have provided the PAN card, 10% shall be deducted
from the points earned on payouts over ₹20,000 in a financial year. If PAN is not
provided, then earnings above ₹20,000 in a given financial year will be subjected to tax
deduction at 20%.
