Warranty Letter

As the leading manufacturer of high-quality natural fibre polymer composite boards and profiles, we hereby extend a warranty on the supply of RelWood (Product) against any manufacturing defect and damages by termites for a period of 21 years from date of purchase. This warranty shall not be applicable inte-ralia in the following Instances

1. In case of any query/complaint/assistance regarding the Product, please write to us at relwood.reliance@ril.com.

2. Any damage to the Product arising from normal wear and tear.

3. Any consequential damage to the Product caused directly or indirectly from transportation, improper storage, handling wrong workmanship or Installation.

4. Any damage to the Product as a result of natural disasters which are beyond one control.

5. Any damage occurring as a result of alteration or combining of our Product with any other brands or Inferior quality material/ goods.

6. Commercial or economic loss including any direct, indirect or consequential loss resulting from the use of the Product.

This is the only express warranty made by us with regards to the merchantability and fitness of our Product and this warranty shall operate only in case of direct purchases of the Product from us.

A refund equivalent to the value of the Product or a replacement of the quantity of the damaged Product would be considered only on production of invoice and duly stamped warranty letter within days from the date of purchase. We reserve the right to take samples of the damaged portions of the Product for testing purposes.
