The Relwood® Vriddhi program is brought to you by the Relwood® business division of
Reliance Industries Limited.
The program is open to carpenters, contractors, and designers engaged in interior
design, decoration, furniture, home living, home improvement, workplace making, and
improvement practices.
The reward points can be earned on the purchase of select Relwood® products carrying
the QR stickers. These products are listed in the product catalogue in the Relwood®
Vriddhi mobile app.
The term 'Points' shall mean the reward points awarded under the Loyalty Program, which
shall be for representation purposes only. No identification with actual currency or any
brand is intended or should be inferred.
Points can be earned by scanning the QR code provided on the product. The same will be
verified by the Relwood® Vriddhi team, and points will be awarded as per the program
terms.
The accumulated points shall be awarded by the company as per its existing policy at the
prevailing time. The value of points can be modified and changed at any time as per the
company's discretion and policy.
Points earned are non-transferable.
Accumulated points can be redeemed for direct bank transfer, gifts, or vouchers listed
in the gift catalogue in the app, as per the availability of these items. The company
reserves the right to substitute the same with some other product/gift of comparable
value or lower value at its discretion.
Products/gift vouchers once redeemed cannot be reversed, exchanged, or refunded.
Redemption claims pertaining to points will be accepted only after approval by the
Relwood® Vriddhi team.
The point awarding process and gift/reward products for awarded points will be defined
by Relwood® Vriddhi.
The company may introduce special tier-based benefits or milestone-based rewards at its
discretion from time to time for the benefit of the customers.
There is no upper limit on the accumulation of points, and the accumulation is currently
correlated to the purchase of products only.
The member will not have the right to claim points for the products ordered but later
cancelled or returned.
Redemption can be done only through the mobile app.
The company shall not be responsible for the delay in delivery of the gift due to
non-availability of stock or for any other reason whatsoever.
The stated reward/loyalty program for enrolled members shall fall within the scope of
'benefits and perquisites' under Sec 194R, and 10% shall be deducted towards TDS (Tax
Deducted at Source) in applicable cases. In case of absence of PAN, or in case of
unvalidated specified PAN, the same shall be subject to TDS at 20%. Please note that Sec
194R is not applicable in cases where the value or aggregate of the value of benefit or
perquisite provided or likely to be provided during the financial year does not exceed
₹20,000.
Relwood® Vriddhi has the right to amend or extend the validity of points at its
discretion.
The company may, at its sole discretion, change, amend, alter, or withdraw the program
at any time, without showing any reason or prior notice.
